All Star Children’s Foundation in Florida Names New Executives

All Star Children’s Foundation—a non-profit foster care organization dedicated to healing the effects of trauma suffered by children who have been abused—has named Kristin Hoffman, Ph.D., as chief program officer and Sharon Ghazarian, Ph.D., as chief research officer.

Hoffman, whose expertise includes working with children and families with child welfare involvement, most recently served as the director of trauma psychology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.

Ghazarian, who has extensive background as a methodology consultant for federally funded research grants, was the former senior director for health informatics at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. The new positions have been funded by the Louis and Gloria Flanzer Philanthropic Trust and an anonymous donor.
