Tampa General Hospital employees make Christmas Spirits bright for kids in foster care
TAMPA (FOX 13) – Christmas is a time of family gatherings and gifts.
For Delwyn Collins, Christmas is something he plans the entire year so foster kids have presents under the tree.
The 60-year-old says Christmas never gets old.
“I look back and it was happiness,” said Delwyn. “It still is happiness.”
For 29 years, he has been playing Santa Claus to thousand’s of children in the foster care system.
“Everybody told me they don’t know how I can do it. I said, ‘that’s a good question,'” he said.
